Understanding the Controls

The Chocolatier électronique Micro C-11026 machine is designed for use with standard cocoa butter based chocolate only. It is perfect for the small catering business or for domestic use.

The keys control the operation of the machine and allow you to set the temperature for White, Milk or Dark chocolate so that it melts and tempers correctly.

Pass the mouse over the image on the right and you will see the function of each of the keys and symbols.
